School-Age Children Virtual Learning
Webinar with PBCSD

Dear Early Learning Provider,

For those of you serving school-age children during the Palm Beach County School District Emergency Closure scheduled until April 15th, we have an opportunity for you.

The Palm Beach County School District launched a Virtual Learning Plan for all school-age children that will begin on Tuesday, March 31st. School-age children enrolled in a Palm Beach County School are required to participate. Assistant Superintendent of Teaching and Learning, Diana Fedderman, has offered to do a Provider Focused Webinar to help answer any questions about the Virtual Learning Plan.

Join us Friday, March 27th from 1:00pm to 2:00pm

Please submit questions in advance to provider.services@elcpalmbeach.org.

We hope you will join us on the webinar to support your school-age students. Please feel free to share with teachers and colleagues.

Please register for the webinar and make sure the software is working prior to Tuesday's 1:00pm webinar. We won't be able to assist once the webinar has started.

In preparation for the meeting, please submit your questions to  Provider.Services@elcpalmbeach.org  no later than  March 27 at 10:00 AM. 
ELC staff will follow-up with providers who submit questions after this deadline.

How to Log in to GoToWebinar via SmartPhone App

1.   Download the GoToWebinar App:

How to Ask Questions During the Conference Call 

1.  Click the Chat icon in the top toolbar.
2.  Use the "Send to" drop-down menu to select the recipients of the message.
  • Everyone – All participants will see the message in their Chat pane.
  • Organizer(s) only – All organizers will see the message in their Chat pane.
  • Individual attendee – Only the selected organizer or attendee will receive the private message.
3.Type your message in the text field, then click  Send.
