Amanda Mihnovich
Founder & CEO
Private Label Staff
Amanda worked in the Manhattan recruitment agency scene with high-growth startups as well as global brands including the Estee Lauder Companies, Ping Identity, AWS, Dyson and United Airlines. But she found her true calling in recruitment process outsourcing because it demanded the urgency and competitive nature of agency work while fostering ultimate partnerships and a positive experience for all involved.
She opened Private Label Staff in 2020 with the goal of giving growing companies access to a premium recruitment partner along with a more flexible and scalable service. Instead of an on-demand contract recruiter or headhunter, she sees the company as a strategic growth partner.
Amanda and her family relocated from New York to Florida during the COVID-19 pandemic, and she has built her company here by teaching others how to recruit. PLS hires a significant number of women and moms who have natural problem-solving skills, resilience, and customer service expertise.
She has a policy of planting a tree for every person placed by her company. She also encourages her team members to walk or run for a charity of their choice by sponsoring their activities.
