This eight-session online course is an adoptee-developed and led curriculum designed to help take the burden off our adoptee community as the teacher of their adoptive parents about race, racism, and their own racial identity. This course is a chance for your adoptive parents to learn from other adoptees besides you and connect them with a community of adoptive parents who are trying to learn about the same.

Astrid Castro, Founder and CEO of Adoption Mosaic, has over 30 years of experience training on race & racism to the adoption constellation (community). She is a transracial adoptee from Colombia.

Shelise Gieseke, head of operations at Adoption Mosaic has over 10 years experience in the adoption community as an educator, editor, and mentor. She is an interracial adoptee from South Korea.

Tiffany Henness, is the Transracial Adoption Educator for Be the Bridge, a racial literacy non-profit and is currently collaborating on research project looking at adult adoptee experiences with religion. She is multiracial Asian and white and a domestic, infant adoptee.
