On this holiday that celebrates romantic love, we remember that there are also many other kinds of love that we can see in our community. There's the love of nurses, who give compassionate care to their patients, allowing rest for parents. There's the love of teachers and administrators, working to accommodate and include us. There's the love of therapists, rejoicing with us over every milestone. There's the love of researchers and doctors, in the diligent pursuit of treatments. There's the love of siblings with an unbreakable bond, who have a sixth sense about each other and who are always ready to cheer and protect each other. There's the love of parents, who spend every day advocating and giving their all for the sake of family. There's the love of friends, who listen and understand precisely what you're going through and, if at all able, will come directly by your side to stand alongside you through the most difficult moments. There's the love of our MTM and CNM warriors that impacts and inspires moms, dads, grandparents, brothers, sisters, and all those mentioned who are contributing to the community so that this life can be a beautiful and thriving one.
