Our next Wake Up Buffalo is at Havenwood and listen to this - they are going to be offering up free headshots from a local photographer while we are there! How cool is that!

They ask, if you are interested in getting a headshot, that you register using the QR code below. It's not a big deal to do it all there, but it helps make it go a little faster to have your information already in the system.

You will find the biggest benefit of being a Chamber member is the connections you make, so come enjoy some coffee and treats and network with other business leaders! It's always a great way to start the day!

Timber Bay has been supporting youth in the Buffalo area for 30 years (see their anniversary celebration below). During this time they have used many spaces for their large group meeting times, one-on-one mentoring and small group gatherings. They now have been given an opportunity to purchase a space that would be ideal to facilitate the work they do with their struggling youth.

Come hear more about what they do and see the space they hope to call home for the next 30 years!

This is a make-up/do over year - as last year I provided a puzzle that was next to impossible to complete, let alone within an hour or two. Kudos to you that accomplished that task! This year - it is fun - lighthearted - and should make for a more relaxed competition! It's all about the fun!

Register a friend/teammate and enjoy a beverage and nachos while puzzling! We have 25 puzzles this year - so let's grow it from 20 teams to 25 teams of two!

It was a pleasure to hear from owner, Maria Benedict, when she applied for membership, that she just wanted to be more a part of the community! She uses her videography and photography skills to do just that!

She has been building her business since she graduated college, focusing on branding/commercial opportunities for local businesses to capturing the stories of people and pets! She even is a licensed drone pilot!

Maria does engagement/couples photos - even offering up a rowboat romance package! She does weddings, family photos, graduation photos and more!

For businesses, she works to build their brand, connect better with their audience, and showcase what makes them unique! She is passionate about supporting local businesses and creating content that helps our community thrive. Whether it's detailed photos of your product, or getting to know you or your work behind the scenes, Maria tries to make it stress free.

When she is not working, she is always looking for the next adventure. She loves to travel, explore new places and meet new people. I'm betting her camera is always with her for those occasions too!

No introduction need be made about Mill Creek, as those of us who have lived here forever have enjoyed their food and service for a very long time! Who doesn't appreciate their 2 for 1 happy hour special every Monday through Friday from 3-6:00? Who doesn't like to sit outside on the patio - even if overlooking a gravel parking lot? Who doesn't drop their jaw at their Bloody Mary drinkg when they see one served?

Mill Creek has been a staple in Buffalo. They have been owned by the same person since 1989. John also owns Warren's in Loretto, which is also a great place to dine!
