No More Stalling-We Must Protect Vulnerable Children!
- In the last 3 years "VCAP":
- has had 7 well-attended public hearings
- easily passed out of 7 House and Senate committees
- passed the full Senate by 80% or more all 3 years
- was not brought for a vote in the House last year even though there were more than enough votes to pass it
Urgent Action
We have the House votes to pass VCAP this year!
Time is running out. VCAP is a common-sense, well-vetted bill. It's up to House leadership to bring it to the floor. Please ask Rep Jones and Rep McCutcheon to bring VCAP to a vote this week (Mar 29-31).

Contact your House Rep to reconfirm his/her "Yes" vote, thank him/her for supporting VCAP, and ask him/her to urge Rep. Jones and Rep McCutcheon to bring the bill to a vote immediately.
