Week 44 in 2018

I am going to continue to encourage you to think about Daily 5 and the five things you can do to each day to help streamline your day, your thoughts, your life.
I did a little stitching the other night (pictured below) and stitched out my daily five as a reminder. I need reminders everywhere because I forget things....
Speaking of things, things are changing rapidly around here with art and business so please try to keep an eye on my blog and make to sure to open these emails. Whatever is new, changing or coming up, YOU will get it first hand from me here.

Okay, let's get to this week verse.

With Love,
Stephanie
The heart behind Documented Faith 2018’s theme is “Yes & Amen"
"For no matter how many promises God has made, they are "Yes" in Christ. And so through him the "Amen" is spoken by us to the glory of God."
  2 Corinthians 1:20

The Core Purpose of Documented Faith
It is not about religion. It is about a personal relationship with Jesus. It is about developing the habit of spending time reflecting, reading, worshiping, learning and memorizing God’s word in a creative way. Documented Faith was created to remind, encourage and inspire each other to record, illustrate, document and journal our everyday moments, how God is working in us and through us, what Bible verses speak to us and how they apply to our situations, reminders and inspirational quotes and most importantly, how our relationship with Jesus and with others is growing.*There is no start date, no finish date, no right way or wrong way to do it...just the gentle, persistent encouragement in the way of an email with a verse that lands in your inbox once a week.

The Nicene Creed
We believe in one God,the Father, the Almighty maker of heaven and earth,of all that is, seen and unseen. We believe in one Lord, Jesus Christ, the only Son of God, eternally begotten of the Father,God from God, Light from Light, true God from true God, begotten, not made, of one Being with the Father. Through him all things were made. For us men and for our salvation he came down from heaven:by the power of the Holy Spirit he became incarnate from the Virgin Mary, and was made man. For our sake he was crucified under Pontius Pilate; he suffered death and was buried. On the third day he rose again in accordance with the Scriptures; he ascended into heaven and is seated at the right hand of the Father. He will come again in glory to judge the living and the dead, and his kingdom will have no end. We believe in the Holy Spirit, the Lord, the giver of Life, who proceeds from the Father and the Son. With the Father and the Son he is worshipped and glorified. He has spoken through the Prophets.
We believe in one holy catholic and apostolic Church. We acknowledge one baptism for the forgiveness of sins.
We look for the resurrection of the dead, and the life of the world to come. Amen.

*The reference to "the holy catholic Church" in both the Nicene and Apostle's Creeds refers
to the universal church, not the denomination.
