We received your application for SYEP 2022! Thank you for applying with New York Center for Interpersonal Development!

Keep this ID number on your phone or write it down and keep it somewhere accessible, you will need it throughout the program!
 
The job is not secured just yet! Now we need documents from you to ENROLL you in the program so you can work this summer. Once you are enrolled, the job is secured!
 
Please see the document checklists here. Please choose the appropriate checklist depending on how old you will be on July 5th.
You only need one document from each category.
 
Before uploading, follow the checklist and please check these general guidelines:

  • Any Photo ID must be official- from a school or government agency
  • Any picture of a birth certificate needs to be a full picture of the paper
  • Proof of Address must have a date within the last 6 months. Please do not upload a document that does not have a date. No envelopes. It must be from the checklist.
  • Social Security Cards & US Passports MUST be signed.
  • All pictures should be clear and legible.
 
You can go to documentupload.yepsonline.org to upload the documents. You need to upload one document in each category you see on this website.

You will need your SYEP ID (at the top of this email), the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number, and your date of birth to get into the Uploader Site.

Please also complete the 3 forms at the top of the Uploader
  • Participant Enrollment Survey
  • W4 (14-15 Year Old's will not see this form and do not need to fill it out)
  • I-9
After you upload, someone from NYCID will contact you if anything different or additional is needed to enroll you for the job and we will ask you to re-upload new documents. This may be a few days, so we ask for your patience! If all requirements are met, you will be enrolled into the program.


Please keep an eye on your email for emails from us! Make sure you look for "@nycid.org" at the end of each email to know it is New York Center for Interpersonal Development.
