Dodd-Frank Forum: New Website
September 6, 2011

I am pleased to invite you to visit the new Dodd-Frank Forum website.

I have established the Dodd-Frank Forum to share information about and discuss all aspects of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act.

Your particular focus may be on Title 10 (i.e., Consumer Financial Protection Bureau) or Title 14 (i.e., Mortgage Reform and Anti-Predatory Lending).

However, many features of this statute are interlinking and interlocking between and among various Titles.

Dodd-Frank Forum: Scope

Dodd-Frank affects many areas of financial regulations and reform. The scope of the new Dodd-Frank Forum website is expected to expand into all sixteen applicable Titles under the Dodd-Frank Act.

I will contribute articles and updates primarily in the area of residential mortgage acts and practices.

However, I have invited well-respected members both within and outside the mortgage originations industry to particpate in offering articles relating to various Titles covered by the Dodd-Frank Act.
