Specialist shops such as ours remain an important part of the high street. They give people somewhere to hear products properly, ask questions and receive support long after a purchase has been made. The premium brands we represent are chosen for their performance, quality and longevity. Our recommendations are based on what best suits each customer’s needs and works with their system, not simply what happens to be on sale.
If a manufacturer chooses to run an official Black Friday promotion, we will, of course, support it and make those offers available in-store and online where applicable. However, our advice will remain the same: a saving only represents good value if the product is right for you. Our clearance section will also remain available, with eClub members receiving an additional 5% off hundreds of products that are already reduced.
We are simply choosing not to create a sale for the sake of joining the Black Friday noise. Instead, we will continue helping our customers choose the right products at fair prices, supported by honest advice and dependable service throughout the year, just as we have done for the past 60 years.
