Cabarrus Partnership for Children is now accepting Cabarrus County preschool applications for the 2021-2022 school year. A universal application packet is available for parents to fill out in order to see if their child is eligible to attend one of Cabarrus County's free, high-quality preschool programs, including NC Pre-K and Head Start. Your child must be 3 or 4 years old on or before August 31, 2021 in order to be considered for these programs.

Parents as Teachers (PAT) is a free early learning program for Cabarrus County parents with children from newborn to age 5. The home visitation program is designed to empower parents and caregivers to give their children the best possible start to life.
