Announcements
Dogwood's Teachers of the Year

Dogwood is thrilled to announce that two of its exceptional educators have been named Dogwood's Teachers of the Year, 1st grade teacher, Mrs. Laura Allen, and ESL/Music teacher, Mrs. Melody McGaughey.

When asked about her peer, Tasha Britcliffe described Mrs. Allen by saying, "Laura Allen is an incredible teacher. She goes above and beyond in all areas of teaching. She is a supportive and encouraging member of our faculty and always finds ways to not only support her students in unique, outside the box ways, but also our first grade team of teachers and other members of our faculty!"

Upon being asked about Mrs. McGaughey, fellow teacher, Cassidy Fernandez, said, "Melody is the most selfless and sweet person. She brings joy and her love of learning to all students. She loves bold lipstick and unique jewelry with gems and different colors!"

Congratulations, Mrs. Allen and Mrs. McGaughey!  Your Dogwood family loves you!
