Together, they discussed some of the most pressing issues in the industry: the rise of AI and telemedicine, workforce shortages, the growing role of GLP-1 drugs, and the need to strengthen patient-provider relationships.

We hosted an engaging April C-Suite Roundtable featuring Kathleen deLaski, Senior Advisor at The Project on Workforce at Harvard, and author of Who Needs College Anymore? Kathleen led a thought-provoking conversation on how Gen Z is redefining career preparation amid shifting workforce trends and slowing population growth.
From evolving hiring practices to rethinking internships and degree programs, Kathleen unpacked what these changes mean for employers and how organizations can adapt to a rapidly changing talent landscape. She also spotlighted bold, practical shifts happening both here in Northern Virginia and across the nation. These shifts are streamlining the path from classroom to career.
