Positively NOVA! Showcases Good Deeds by Members: Submit Your Story by May 22nd

The Chamber is delighted to announce that submissions are now open for our bi-annual newsletter, Positively NOVA! Each year, we shine a light on member companies that have exceeded expectations in their local communities. Whether you're raising money for a worthy cause, giving goods and services, or volunteering for a day, we want your valuable efforts to be heard.

The Greater Washington Region has a reputation for its thriving business community and strong, visionary leaders who contribute to the expansion of our Region. The Chamber acknowledges that our great qualities stem from the direct support of our community through charitable work. Unfortunately, we’ve found that these efforts frequently go overlooked outside of their respective organizations, even though they may be well-known within.

Therefore, we seize this extraordinary opportunity to honor and commend our members for their unrelenting efforts on behalf of the Region, strengthening our business community. Our Region's vitality and prosperity come from fostering a culture of giving, kindness, volunteering, community service, and advocacy, in support of Greater Washington’s expansion. In addition to being included in our communications, this summer's edition will be showcased at our renowned Annual Members' Meeting, held on June 6th.

Help us in spreading the word of your acts of kindness. Send a 2-3 paragraph write-up about your good work, at least one photo from the effort, and your logo to communications@novachamber.org by May 22nd for inclusion. We will showcase your organization's story in our Positively NOVA! newsletter, our website, in social media, and in a special Annual Members' Meeting presentation.
