Gov. Glenn Youngkin has appointed Farnaz Farkish Thompson, a partner in the Washington, D.C., office of McGuireWoods LLP, to the George Mason University Board of Visitors. The Loudoun County Board of Supervisors recognized former Delegate David Ramadan, Ed.D., for his contributions in conjunction with their Proclamation of Arab American Heritage Month. Dr. Ramadan was the first Arab-American and first foreign-born adult elected to the Virginia House of Delegates. Dr. Ramadan is president of RAMA International. Learn more here.
