Take the Capital Region Digital Talent Pipeline Survey
As part of our ongoing commitment to our region's workforce and future growth, the Chamber is working with our knowledge partner, McKinsey & Company, to identify strategic solutions that will, in turn, help us develop a Capital Region Digital Talent Pipeline. As part of this exciting effort, we have launched a survey to understand existing and identify new initiatives to bolster our region’s digital talent - the human capital needed to accelerate and deliver on an organization’s digital capabilities and strategy.
The survey will be open through July 26th. We would greatly appreciate your input and ask that you, a leader from one of our member companies whose functions directly touch digital talent (e.g., HR, Tech, etc.), complete this confidential survey, here.
