Take the Northern Virginia Champions for Accountability Project Survey and Earn Your Corporate Diversity Badge
The Chamber and the Northern Virginia Community Foundation have launched the Northern Virginia Champions of Accountability Project, a groundbreaking initiative designed to catalyze more inclusive systems of economic growth throughout our region and be reflective of the full breadth of our diverse community. In addition to providing research on the diversity of our community, the Project will recognize Northern Virginia employers that have taken the first step toward corporate diversity through a badge. The Project will also create a public directory of diverse companies. Our Champions of Accountability Project has been supported, shaped, and informed by the Chamber’s DEI Research Taskforce. Participate in the survey here.
