Entity Validation in SAM.gov

High demand by entities needing to update their registration in SAM.gov has created processing delays. If you need assistance with the SAM.gov entity registration process, contact the supporting Federal Service Desk (FSD).

Escalating Entity Validation

If your entity validation issue becomes time or mission-sensitive and you have an active MAS contract, you can ask the MAS PMO to escalate your ticket. To do so, please contact the MAS PMO at maspmo@gsa.gov with the following information:

An active entity validation ticket from Federal Service Desk i.e. FSD.gov.
Entity Legal Business Name.
Entity UEI (optional, if available)
Description of urgency (pending/past-due payment, pending award, pending bid, grant funds withheld, etc.).
Brief description of assistance needed or problem experienced.

Meet Amanda Howard, APEX Accelerator Program Coordinator

Amanda Howard joined Arizona APEX Accelerators in April 2021. She is located at the AZ APEX office in Glendale.

Q. How has Arizona APEX Accelerator helped you in your career development? I have learned a lot since joining Arizona APEX. I have gained new skills and I learn something new every day. Lori Haozous has been instrumental in leading and training me in new areas of government contracting

Q. What advice do you have for prospective AZ APEX clients? Know your government contracting goals for your business when requesting services from us.

Q. What has been your favorite project at Az APEX? Learning the WOSB certification process from start to finish.

Q. Any random facts about yourself you could share with us? When I was a senior in high school, my choir traveled to New York City to be in Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. I'm a published writer.

Q. If you could interview one person (dead or alive) whom would it be? Anne Boleyn. I want her story in her own words.
