Shining a light on the people and places that make Archway so special.

A Message from our Chief Executive Officer

Welcome to Archway's January Newsletter. Cornerstone Apartments in Denver is our featured property this month, and our topic for the month is how we support our residents on their path to recovery from substance misuse.

Later this month, you'll hear from Mack Nock, our Critical Time Intervention Coordinator at Cornerstone, where many of our residents face multiple challenges related to the risk of homelessness like co-occurring mental illness and addiction.  Mack has a passion for providing recovery-oriented programming through a trauma-informed lens that results in creative and validating experiences for residents at Cornerstone and in the larger community.

My best wishes to you all for a wonderful 2023!

Sebastian

In the News

Archway was thrilled to be able to close on our purchase of four dormitories on the former Johnson & Wales Campus, now the Mosaic Community Campus in Denver's Park Hill Neighborhood. See Julie Stern, Archway's Director of Real Estate on The Denver Channel, talking about this exciting project!

It was an exciting end to 2022 with the closing on our purchase of Montview Manor as well! Sebastian Corradino, Archway Communities CEO said, “This is a "naturally occurring affordable housing" community that did not have formal long-term rent restrictions. In other words, it could have easily been converted to a market rate apartment project. We are proud to have partnered with the Montview Building Corporation to ensure that this property will remain affordable to low and moderate income seniors for many years to come.”

Meet Mack Nock!

Like all of our Supportive Services Coordinators, Mack has a natural leaning and unwavering commitment toward others. It's a trait that is difficult to pinpoint its beginning; the moment when it arrived and became the lens through which Mack viewed and navigated the world.

Consistency & Reliability at Cornerstone Residences

Cornerstone Residences is a unique community in the Archway portfolio. Through our partnership with the St. Francis Center next door, all of our residents are housed at Cornerstone through a housing voucher specifically for the property. Subsequently, many of our residents here have experienced homelessness in the past, resulting in acute needs.
