The Latest News

Action Against Domestic Violence


There was a great turnout on October 18 for the event, with 75 adults and kids attending. Luis Conseco, CRC's domestic violence education and prevention manager, shared "The feedback received from the parents and kids made us very happy, as one parent stated that doing the joint activity with his daughter was very special to him. Many parents thanked us for this event and asked us to do it more often."

Exposure 2023


November 4 - 5

9 AM – 5 PM

Encinitas Community Park


Each year, the Exposure: A Women’s Benefit Event  brings opportunity and visibility to women, trans and nonbinary skater’s who embody courage and strength. Over 170 skaters from around the world come to Encinitas to share their skateboarding skills on a global stage. The event also serves as a benefit for CRC's domestic violence program.


The event will have a vendor village, food vendors, game zone, skate clinics and more.

Calling All Artisans!


Our silent auction and raffle at Jingle & Mingle on December 5 will feature handcrafted items, including: pottery/ceramics, jewelry, glassware, scarves and artwork.



We're seeking donations of items to help us raise $70,000 at the event.


To donate an item:

Kendra Scott UTC will donate 20% of the proceeds to CRC from their upcoming give back event:

Now in its 41st year, Holiday Baskets helps ensure low-income households have a wonderful holiday experience while giving them some economic breathing room, so scarce dollars may be spent on other needs such as rent, utilities or transportation.

Vehicle donations have the potential to drive hundreds and sometimes even thousands of dollars to CRC’s programs.

 

CARS (CRC’s vehicle donation partner) will handle everything for you, so it’s easy to donate your unwanted car, truck, RV or motorcycle.

The open house will be held during the Encinitas holiday street fair. If you come to the fair, please stop by CRC for a short tour of our food center and more information about our programs.
