The meeting will be held as a hybrid event, giving attendees the option to register for either traditional, In-Person attendance or remote, Virtual attendance presented via live streaming. The registration deadline is Thursday, December 4, at 1:00pm EST.


Both options include:

  • Two-and-a-half days of education
  • CME Credits allowing you to earn up to:
  • 18.0 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits
  • 18.0 AOA Category 1-A Credits (for Osteopathic physicians)
  • 18.0 Live AAFP Prescribed credits
  • Recordings of ALL educational sessions, available within 2 weeks after the conference; will be available for 30 days for registered attendees only.

Fulfill Your ABFM MOC Requirements at the 2025 Winter Summit

Register now for the FAFP In-Person ABFM KSA Study Groups that will be offered for In-Person attendees in conjunction with the 2025 FAFP Winter Summit. The KSA Registration deadline is Monday, December 1, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST.

 

Palliative Care: Thursday, December 4 | 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM EST

Diabetes: Saturday, December 6 | 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM EST


Important: The KSAs will be presented live, in-person only, and there will be no virtual options offered. Only Winter Summit attendees who have registered for In-Person attendance will be able to register and participate. Both KSA study groups will be held at The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island.
