What is the River Road Corridor Study?
As part of the neighborhood planning process, we are beginning an in-depth analysis of economic, transportation and land use considerations related to the River Road Corridor. Increasing housing and retail opportunities along River Road, while supporting transportation options, is central to implementing the neighborhood vision developed through the neighborhood plan. The Corridor Study will help us develop the tools needed to do this! The Corridor Study will help implement the neighborhood vision by developing physical plans, financial tools, and ways to improve transit connections to better serve people in the area.
Want to Get Involved?
We want to hear from as many neighbors, businesses, and property owners as possible! To make that happen, staff and volunteers will canvass businesses along the River Road corridor again this Thursday, February 7th to invite them to the Corridor Study workshop. Email the project team if you would like to participate!
