Dear Advisors,
Here at TAF, we want to thank you for supporting agricultural education. Your work is essential to supporting food, fuel, and fiber across the country. Before the end of this semester, we just wanted to send a reminder about the 2026 Washington Leadership Conference (WLC) Scholarship, proudly sponsored by the Tribal Agriculture Fellowship (TAF) in partnership with the National FFA Organization!
This opportunity will sponsor Native American high school students to attend WLC in Washington, D.C., during Week 5 (July 7–10, 2026) alongside TAF staff. Applications must be submitted by the application deadline: January 12, 2026, by 11 PM EST.
WLC is a premier leadership experience designed around the principles of “Me, We, Do, and Serve,” helping students strengthen their skills in leadership, service, and community impact.
Through this partnership, TAF continues its commitment to uplifting Native Youth in agriculture, supporting the next generation of Indigenous agriculturists as they grow, lead, and give back to their communities.
Scholarship Includes:
- Paid WLC registration
- Round-trip flight to and from Washington, D.C.
- Student Luggage Coverage
- Student first and last day of per diem
