St. Paddy's Day Virtual Bingo Bash
Our annual St. Patrick's Day Bingo Bash is going virtual this year! Families will be able to participate in our annual St. Patrick's Day party from home, with several games of Bingo, where you can win some fun prizes!

Registration will be required and will open very soon, so watch for more info here in our newsletter and on our website.
Board of Trustees Meeting
The next Board of Trustees meeting will take place on February 24th. the meeting will be held virtually via Zoom.

In order to verify the residency of those in attendance, we ask that you pre-register for the Board Meetings. Once you do that for the first meeting, it will automatically approve you for future meetings for the year. A meeting link will be provided to you once registration is approved. February Brighton Ski Pass Lottery
We are now taking entries for the February Brighton Ski Pass Lottery. Moving forward, we will be utilizing this online form for entries. Email submissions will no longer be accepted! Entries must be received by February 25th. The lottery will be held on February 26th.

Lifestyle & Association Events

Reminder to Dog Owners
Per Draper City code, unless you are in a designated off-leash area, dogs must be kept on a leash AT ALL TIMES! This does not mean you are carrying the leash! Draper City Animal Control does monitor the various parks and trails, including the new park at the end of Traverse Ridge. If you are caught with your dog, not on a leash, you will be issued a citation and be required to make an appearance in court in front of a judge.

Please clean up after your pets as well so that others can enjoy the open spaces and trails without worrying about stepping in an unexpected surprise! We, and your neighbors, appreciate your cooperation in keeping SunCrest clean!

The SunCrest Board of Trustees is responsible for overseeing the processes of the community, including policies, budget, and general community oversight. Additionally, the SunCrest OA has a Budget & Finance Committee, as well as a Covenants Committee and Design Review Board. These groups are comprised of SunCrest residents and serve in an advisory capacity to the Board of Trustees.
