It’s been a challenging year, no doubt. No one is totally immune to the circumstances we all find ourselves in.
Yet, we persevere. There is still plenty to be grateful for as we head towards the holiday of gratitude and conclusion of 2022:
VOTING: We have the right to vote! Use it!
FAMILY: There is no substitute—large or small, near or far—hold them close if even just in your heart.
LIBERTY: It isn’t always perfect but it’s something to be celebrated nonetheless.
COMMUNITY: Jacksonville has its share of issues but it is and always has been a great community.
ADVOCACY: Mike continues to stay plugged in and vigilant on your behalf as an investment property owner. The efforts from national to local level have so far kept a great deal of bureaucracy in check.
MARKET VIABILITY: Jacksonville remains robust and a stable place to be investing in property.
