Here's What to Tell the Associate

Are you having trouble paying your MCWD water bill at Walmart? Here are some quick tips that make paying with cash or debit at any Walmart smooth and simple.

A few customers have recently reported that their payments were declined at the register. We looked into it, and the good news is: MCWD CheckFreePay is working fine. The issue turns out to be how the payee information is entered by Walmart staff. When the right information is used, payments go through without a problem.

If you plan to pay your MCWD bill at Walmart or if you've been declined in the past, show the information in this box to the Walmart associate and ask them to input this information:

⚠️ Do not search by "Marina Water" or a standard Marina zip code. Instead, use the payee name and ZIP code above exactly as shown above.

What to bring to Walmart to use CheckFreePay:

• Your most recent MCWD bill (or this email)
