Indoor air quality has become a very important topic as the global pandemic has continued to evolve. We have learned a great deal about the air we breathe and the precautions we need to take to protect ourselves and those around us. At Campbell, Inc., we are focused on improving indoor air quality to foster better occupant wellbeing through improved building health, safety, and efficiency. Let us help you implement effective strategies your facility needs to improve indoor air quality to help reduce viral transmission.
Join Our February 16th Webinar on C-PACE Financing for Energy Efficiency, Renewable Energy, and Resiliency Projects
Commercial Property Assessed Clean Financing (C-PACE) is a financing mechanism for energy efficiency, water efficiency, renewable energy and resiliency projects. C-PACE makes it possible for owners and developers of commercial properties to obtain low-cost, long-term financing which is paid back through an annual assessment on the organization’s property tax bill. Eligible C-PACE financing projects range from HVAC, boilers, and chillers to energy control, lighting, solar, and waste energy recovery. Join our webinar, presented with Ebee Management Group, on February 16 for a closer look at C-PACE Financing.
Don’t Hobble Your Building’s Health
Did you know a history of deferred maintenance could take the wind out of improved ventilation strategies?
Our ventilation systems are under stress. Facility managers are also under stress, as well as the budgets available to manage reliability and safety in their buildings. Due to recommendations to increase both ventilation and filtration in response to COVID-19, many buildings have HVAC systems working harder.
Did you know even before the pandemic, our country’s education system was facing a crisis in school air quality? A U.S. General Accountability Office (GAO) survey showed that one-third of U.S. school districts have heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems that need to be updated or replaced.

Without these upgrades, GAO explained, poor indoor air quality (IAQ) continues to compromise children’s health and performance. There is no “one-size-fits-all” solution when it comes to improving IAQ, however experts recommend a layered approach that increases both ventilation and filtration. Learn four strategies that education leaders can implement today…
