Dear Housing Providers of Pasadena,
We're in the last few days of the fight against Prop 33, which would remove all rental exemptions and protections from single family homes and new properties. It would also make it impossible for you to raise rents to normal market rates after a tenant leaves.
This would be a disaster for housing providers, but also for all Californians as the housing crisis will only become worse if there is no incentive to build affordable homes.
If you haven't had a chance to vote, please make sure you vote No on 33, and tell your friends, family and neighbors why Prop 33 is bad for California.
Also, to stop anti-housing activist efforts to overturn protections for property owners, please vote YES on 34. This is their third attempt in 6 years and more than $400 million has now been spent on this senseless battle.
