Dedication #146 - December 4, 2021
Join us on December 4th at 12:00 PM to celebrate our 146th home dedication with Mwee Wah, Hay Blut Moo, and their 3 children!

Construction
Tri-Cities
Cedar Ave Lot #8 – We painted the exterior of this home this week and it’s looking good! We will be concentrating on the interior finishes over the month of November and turn it over to the homeowners on December 4th.
Cedar Ave Lot #9 – We’ve had to put on our thinking caps to work around some materials shortages that have threatened the schedule on this home. We will continue to work creatively around delivery delays for the next month and expect to dedicate this home as scheduled on January 15, 2022.
Cedar Ave Lot #7 – Tri-Tech has been framing this house for the last few weeks. The next task will be installing the trusses and the roof, which we expect to finish the middle of November.
Alvina St Lots #6 & 7– Our first two foundations at our new location on Alvina Street are nearly ready to go. They will be finished in plenty of time to receive the Tri-Tech class mid-November, when they finish on Cedar Street. Our first home on Alvina is scheduled for completion in April, 2022.

Located in the back of the building at 309 Wellsian Way, Richland 99352. Drive up to the white fence, ring the doorbell, and we'll be right out. ALL ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO INSPECTION FOR ACCEPTANCE.

Please fill out our online pick-up request form or call 509-943-0222 to leave a message with details about your items and your contact information. We will call you to schedule. Please have the items in the driveway, curb, or easily accessible in the garage during your scheduled pick-up time.
