June 17th 4:30PM-6:45PM we will have a special prenatal open house and we are excited to welcome Finn Chiropractic to the studio. They will be offering free prenatal massage and posture checks for all soon to be moms.

Kids and Toddler classes are back!

July 11th we start our Kids Classes at Studio Z. We also offer a cycle class at the time of most of our kids classes (only an additional $5 on top of a cycle drop in!)

Schedule is up now and I would not wait to sign up. Each class will have a different theme and we will be announcing a few special kid yoga workshops at the end of this month that will take place in July and August so make sure to follow us on social media to be the first to know!

We also will offer Toddler Yoga (Toddler + 1 Adult) starting July 9th!
