Announcing the Johnny Price IV Memorial Golf Tournament - Monday, August 10th

We are excited to invite you to participate in the Fifth Annual Johnny Price IV Memorial Golf Tournament Monday, August 10 at Legends Golf Club in Prior Lake. This tournament will consist of a morning and afternoon flight of 36 foursomes. Players can register to golf one or both rounds.

This event impacts hundreds of kids in our community by raising funds to support our mission of enriching the lives of youth through baseball. This life enrichment focuses on developing life skills through the game of baseball, while providing access to the healthy meals, healthy activities, and healthy relationships for youth.

To encourage early registration, we will be giving two complimentary tickets to our "Camps for Kids" Holiday Party (valued at $200) for every foursome or sponsorship package purchased before Monday, June 22nd.

Golf Tournament FAQ's

What COVID Guidelines will be taken?
We will follow all MDH/CDC guidelines that are in place on the day of the tournament. At this time, we fully expect golfers will be able to ride two to a cart.  If you are feeling sick the day of the event, we will ask you to stay home. Sanitizing or washing of hands often is recommended. Hand sanitizer will be available at starting and scoring areas.

Do you need to be present to win a silent auction item?
We encourage everyone to participate in our silent auction, no matter where you are! The JP4 Foundation will set up a pick-up location, ship your item, or have a volunteer drop off your silent auction winnings.

What if we experience inclement weather?
We will plan on golfing rain or shine unless the course is deemed unplayable by management. If weather conditions are severe and we are unable to start the golf tournament, we will plan for an alternative date.

What if I am not a golfer but would like to support the cause?
There are plenty of ways to support the cause while not golfing. We are always looking for volunteers to help with registration or hole/course games. In addition, we are in need of silent auction baskets and volunteers to recruit sponsorships and golfers. If you are interested in anyway, please reach out to Jeff Huth at 763.242.2125.

Will there be a social gathering after the event?
At this time, we plan on having a gathering after the event. Tickets to attend this event are $25, include a meal, and can be purchased  here. If MDH/CDC COVID guidelines at the time do not allow social gathering, all tickets will be refunded.
