MCWD strives to provide households facing financial challenges with the support that they need to keep safe, reliable water flowing at home.

MCWD does not process applications directly. All applications are handled exclusively by Dollar Energy Fund, a trusted nonprofit organization that has administered utility assistance programs nationwide for more than 40 years. Qualified applicants will automatically save $20.83 each month on their fixed water charge.
