1. Temporary Food Booth (TFF)
This option provides the strongest visibility and customer engagement. Vendors operate within the event footprint and serve food or beverages directly to attendees.
- Requires a Temporary Food Facility (TFF) permit through Santa Clara County
- The Chamber coordinates the application process on your behalf
- Annual permit applies to Saratoga Nights events
- Applicable County fees required
2. Mobile Food Facility (Food Truck / Cart)
If you already operate a permitted mobile unit, this is the simplest way to participate.
- Must have a valid Santa Clara County Mobile Food Facility (MFF) permit
- Permit decal must be displayed and documentation available onsite
- Minimal or no additional County fees required
