Invitation to Participate – Saratoga Nights 2026

Dear Saratoga Business Community,

On behalf of the Saratoga Chamber of Commerce, I am excited to invite you to participate in Saratoga Nights 2026, a vibrant, highly anticipated monthly event series launching on Thursday, May 7, 2026, in the Historic Saratoga Village.

Saratoga Nights is designed to bring together residents, visitors, and local businesses in a lively, welcoming environment featuring live music, local vendors, and a strong sense of community. Most importantly, this event is an opportunity to showcase the exceptional food, beverage, and hospitality businesses that make Saratoga special.

Why Participate

- Direct access to hundreds of local residents and visitors

- Immediate sales opportunities in a high-traffic setting

- Be part of a signature Saratoga community event series

Ways to Participate

1. Temporary Food Booth (TFF)

This option provides the strongest visibility and customer engagement. Vendors operate within the event footprint and serve food or beverages directly to attendees.

- Requires a Temporary Food Facility (TFF) permit through Santa Clara County

- The Chamber coordinates the application process on your behalf

- Annual permit applies to Saratoga Nights events

- Applicable County fees required

2. Mobile Food Facility (Food Truck / Cart)

If you already operate a permitted mobile unit, this is the simplest way to participate.

- Must have a valid Santa Clara County Mobile Food Facility (MFF) permit

- Permit decal must be displayed and documentation available onsite

- Minimal or no additional County fees required

Launch Date: Thursday, May 7, 2026

Schedule: Jun. 4, Jul. 2, Aug. 6, Sep. 3, Oct. 1

Location: Historic Saratoga Village

Time: 5-8 pm

Vendor space is limited, and we expect strong demand. Early response is encouraged to secure your preferred dates.
