Storytelling for Nonprofits
Join us for a full-day of hands-on training with Laura Huth of do good Consulting. In this next round of workshops, Laura will spend the day helping you develop your skills in the areas of storytelling for nonprofits, high-impact photography, and maximizing your use of Facebook.

Here's why you should attend:
  • The power that good stories and great photos can have on nonprofits is game-changing. In this session, Laura will teach you how to weave engaging stories that will engross and engage your organization's audiences. She will share real examples that will inspire you to use stories in all your communications, including e-newsletters, presentations, websites, and social media.
  • Next, she'll share tips for taking vibrant, story-driven pictures using simple techniques available to you on the devices you already have in your pocket or hand - your phones.
  •  Finally, Laura will share basic tips for increasing the impact your organization can have on Facebook: from smart settings to stakeholder engagement to story- and photo-driven engagement techniques.

Laura will bring action-oriented assessment and planning tools to help you assess priorities, create prioritized plans, and find easy, low-cost ways to implement change. For this session, we strongly encourage you to bring your laptops, iPads, and smart phones.
