Attention All Shellfish Lovers!
for a night of fresh shucked oysters and clams
paired with research and development brews!
We invite you to sample shellfish from various regions of Wellfleet,
meet the farmers and learn about the various shellfishing techniques
and environmental factors that contribute to the taste
of each
oyster or clam.
Where: Samuel Adams Boston Brewery, Jamaica Plain
When: Thursday, April 20th from 5:30-8:30pm
What: Tickets are $20 per person
The program format will consist of raw bars operated by Wellfleet shellfishermen. Each ticket includes 6 beer samples and
6 oysters or clams. Additional shellfish tickets may be purchased at the event. Participants will be invited to visit each raw bar
to sample the shellfish and learn directly from the harvesters about
their unique growing methodology, harvest location and other
characteristics that give Wellfleet shellfish its distinctive flavor.
