Cardio Tennis is one of the most popular classes offered at Woodside, so we've developed new and exciting programming to fit different schedules and fitness levels. All Cardio Tennis classes continue to be complimentary offerings, included with your membership. Registration is required.
INTRO TO CARDIO TENNIS
For advanced beginners to pre-intermediate players that have been through Adult 101 and up to Stroke + Strategy, Cardio Tennis is a high-energy fitness class that combines the best features of tennis with cardiovascular exercise, delivering the ultimate full body, calorie burning aerobic workout.

CARDIO TENNIS
Cardio Tennis is a high energy fitness class that combines the best features of tennis with cardiovascular exercise; delivering the ultimate, full body, calorie burning aerobic workout. The tennis level to attend this class must be a minimum of USTA 3.0 or higher, Tencap rating of Women 60 or lower and men 55 or lower.

EXTREME CARDIO TENNIS
In this class, we dial the intensity level way up. Come to class ready to work hard. The tennis level to attend this class must be a minimum of USTA 3.5 or higher and tennis coach approval is required prior to participation.

BOOTCAMP CARDIO TENNIS
Try a different kind of Cardio Tennis workout. There will not be any tennis point play in this class; instead participants will focus on dead ball hitting and various forms of fitness exercise such as plyometrics, sprints and push ups. This class is open to all tennis and fitness levels.
