Greetings!

Derby season is over but we are still in the homestretch at Seneca!  There are LOTS of opportunities for you to be involved before the school year comes to an end.  Read about what's going on below and volunteer.  We want you!
Senior Activities
Senior Awards Night is Thursday, May 30, 6:30 in the small gym.  Come to support the Class of 2013!  The Seneca Class of 1962 will be presenting their Essay Awards to two Seniors.  The gauntlet has been thrown down classes!  If the Class of 1962 can do it, so can your class!  Seneca Past and Present will also be presenting our scholarship to one senior student.  Read about what the Class of 1962 Essay Committee has to say about Seneca Seniors here.

Senior Walkout and Cookout is Friday, May 31.  This is an emotional trip through the halls of Seneca for the senior class as they say goodbye.  After the walkout, seniors will enjoy a cookout provided by Seneca Past and Present on the football field.  If you are willing to volunteer, please contact us.

Senior Breakfast and Uniform Exchange is Wednesday, June 5, 7:30am.  Seneca Past and Present sponsors this event.  It is an opportunity for the Senior class to enjoy breakfast while providing used uniforms to the classes behind them.  If you can assist with the breakfast just let us know and we will make sure to keep you busy!

Graduation will be at Freedom Hall, June 5, 5:00pm.  Join us!
Ron Cain Football Stadium
It's finally happening!  A long-overdue nod to Seneca's championship coach is underway.  The Marshall Foundation has very generously donated the bulk of the funds needed to erect a new scoreboard.  Thanks to the efforts of David Seewer, Diane Drescher, Seneca Past and Present and many interested individuals, our new scoreboard will be dedicated at the first home football game of the 2013 season.  Before the dedication wouldn't it be nice to have freshly painted bleachers and rails?  We are planning a work day during the summer and we need volunteers to paint.  More details to come!
