Located in a highly sought-after neighborhood, The Alexander offers the perfect blend of luxury and functionality. From expansive outdoor entertainment spaces that enhance daily living to a home design that is perfect for hosting family and friends, this model ticks all the boxes.

Shortly after staging, this exquisite property attracted immediate attention, going under contract in just 14 days. The quick sale highlights the collaboration between Sekas Homes' exceptional craftsmanship and Staged Interior's expert staging, which transforms homes into irresistible showcases.

The success of this project signifies more than just a sold home; it marks the start of a new phase for Sekas Homes as they continue to deliver exceptional properties with innovative designs. We're honored to bring their vision to life and set the tone for their future developments.

At Staged Interior, one of our proudest achievements is helping builders showcase their properties at their absolute best. Over the years, our collaboration with builders has flourished, and the results speak for themselves. Our builder spec staging stats tell a story of growth, trust, and success, showing how our expertise continues to make a difference in the competitive real estate market.

These numbers represent more than just homes staged—they symbolize the growing partnerships we've built with builders and the increasing demand for professionally staged properties. Each home we stage is an opportunity to showcase the builder's craftsmanship, highlight the property's best features, and help potential buyers envision themselves living there. Our dramatic growth, particularly from 2021-2024, reflects the value builders see in our services. From 30 homes in 2021 to over 100 homes in 2024, this upward trend underscores how staging become an integral part of the home-selling strategy for many of our clients.

With the year just beginning, we're excited to see what 2025 has in store. Having already staged five builder spec homes in the first 15 days of January, we're on track to continue this upward trend. We're grateful for the trust our builder partners place in us and look forward to helping even more homes shine this year.

Over time, with the constant movement of furniture, frequent use of equipment, and the day-to-day hustle of our team, the walls in our warehouse started to show signs of wear and tear. This month, we took a step to ensure our warehouse remains a reflection of the high standards we bring to the project by giving our walls a fresh coat of paint!
