JWalk in The Park 2026

A Celebration for Jordan Walker

at the Cardinals vs. Braves

 MLB Game

Wednesday, July 1st, 2026

7:15PM

Truist Park

JWalk in the Park is the annual celebration of the Major League Baseball career of Central’s own Jordan Walker. We invite the CUMC Community to the 2026 JWalk in the Park baseball game at Truist Park on Wednesday, July 1, at 7:15PM, as Jordan’s St. Louis Cardinals take on the Atlanta Braves.

We are designating Sections 150 and 151, specifically rows 9 - 12, as the JWalk in the Park Sections. (Note: these seats are NOT exclusively allocated for JWalk in the Park, but we would like his guests to sit close together).

To attend the game, you should purchase tickets directly from the Atlanta Braves ticket box office at https://www.mlb.com/braves/tickets/single-game-tickets. Ask for tickets to the game on July 1, between the Cardinals and the Braves, Section 150 or 151, seats in rows 9-12. The tickets are $55.15 each.

Also, this year we will have a pre-game Meet and Greet for family, friends, and church members to gather with Jordan, share hugs and take photos. Attendees will arrive early to Truist Park at 4:30 PM and meet at field level seats in Section 35. Tickets to the baseball game must be purchased SEPARATELY.

Registration for the Meet and Greet is REQUIRED and can be completed at https://forms.gle/w9b17VSPUgkfQaKR8.

THE MEET AND GREET REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS WEDNESDAY, JUNE 24.

.

We hope that you can attend. If you have any other questions please contact Derek Walker at 404 376-4740 or email dxwalker@bellsouth.net

SUPPORT CENTRAL'S FOOD PANTRY

Thank you, Central family, for your unwavering support of Central's Food Pantry! Your generous financial contributions and the countless cases of food you have provided have made a significant difference in the lives of those we serve in our community. However, we now face a critical challenge as the Atlanta Food Bank undergoes reorganization, impacting our ability to secure essential food supplies. With our next distribution approaching, we are at risk of running low on food, and your help is more crucial than ever! Together, we can rise to this challenge, demonstrating our collective strength and commitment to those in need.

We invite our members to lend a helping hand by purchasing food items that will be distributed to those in need within our community. Together, we can ensure that no one goes hungry and that our pantry remains a light of hope and support. Below, you will find the guidelines for donating food to our pantry. Let's turn this challenge into an opportunity to make a difference!
