Transitions within Nonprofits
What does a nonprofit do when they experience a change in leadership? For many, it means changing the culture and identity of the entire organization. Whether the organization is replacing its founder, longtime leader or a change in staff, transitions can be disruptive and difficult to navigate. Join us for our Celebration of Nonprofits to learn more about this topic and how it can pertain to you. An expo of nonprofits will be held for one hour between our morning and luncheon presentations.

Morning:
9-9:30 a.m: Registration, pastries & coffee
9:30-11:00 a.m: Libby Doran, Doran Leadership Partners
Afternoon:
11 a.m. - 12 p.m.: Non Profit Expo
12 p.m.: Luncheon & Program Featuring: Jim Scheibel, Hamline University
1 p.m.: Close & Happy Holidays!
