The Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center allows exhibitors to unload/load from automobiles and small utility vehicles at designated docks using only non-motorized, non-hydraulic, hand trucks and dollies.

The address for the personal loading and unloading dock is as follows:

Once in the Exhibitor Console, click on Exhibitor Badge Registration to begin the registration process.

Exhibitors will receive complimentary badges according to the below methodology:

Additional badges outside of the above allotment amounts will be available for purchase at a cost of $50 per badge.

Mark your calendars for ABCA 2025, which will be held January 2-4, 2025 in National Harbor, Maryland, at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center.

The ABCA 2024 hotel block is open, and all reservation bookings and modifications should be made directly with the hotel properties included in this year's block.

Important: ABCA has learned there are housing companies contacting our attendees and exhibitors; these companies do not represent ABCA, and ABCA cannot protect anyone who reserves housing through these companies. Exhibitors who plan to use a service contractor other than Freeman, the official service contractor of ABCA 2024, must notify the American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA) by completing the Authorization Form linked here.

The ABCA must receive the authorization no later than December 29, 2023. If notification is NOT received by December 29, 2023, Freeman will be used for all work and the exhibitor appointed contractor (EAC) will be permitted to supervise only.

ABCA follows the International Association of Exhibitions and Events (IAEE) Guidelines for Display Rules and Regulations to promote continuity and consistency among its exhibitors.

Note: If your company is showcasing baseball bats or batting tees and plans to have attendees swinging, you are required to exhibit in a minimum booth size of 20ft x 20ft, in order to maintain the safety of our attendees.
