NEW starting in July 2027: each family will need to complete the Program Participation Form.

For car seat checks and installations you must bring a vehicle with you at the time of your appointment. Car seats provided by 4-C will require on-site installation and a safety check by our certified staff.

Car Seat Safety Checks at 4-C

Children's car seats can be complicated, but they are crucially important to child safety! Correctly installing and understanding your child's car seat keeps them safe. If you're overwhelmed by this, the wonderful Myra can help you out at a 1:1 appointment!

We offer a variety of services for this program:

  • Drive over with your car seats already installed, and Myra can check that they are correct.
  • Have a new car seat you want installed? Myra can do it for you.
  • Need help purchasing and installing a car seat? 4-C is happy to provide a FREE car seat and to help install new car seats once they arrive. (Limit one per family while supplies last)

To participate, we need information from you about your car, car seats, age of children, and more! After you submit the form on our website, Myra will contact you to set up an appointment. (She will have some capacity to do this around our other 4-C programs, but appointments must be scheduled in advance!)
