ALPHA is partnering with multi-family and mixed-use developer, Streetlights Residential, to bring The Bowen Residential Tower to The Domain. The Domain is a rapidly growing premier destination in Austin for luxury shopping, fine dining, living and working. The Bowen will be over 320,000 SF, rise 19-stories and includes a planned 340 units. Amenities include in-ground pool, pool pavilion, bar, lounge, fitness center, library, private dining and an above grade parking garage.

Construction has begun on the new Block 83 Tower Two & parking garage project in Raleigh, NC. The Class A, high-rise office building & parking garage will consist of 160,000 SF of office space, 50,000 SF of retail, a 126-room boutique hotel, and an outdoor courtyard with band stage & projection screens in addition to over 1,400 parking spaces.
ALPHA will be installing all of the

pedestrian & vehicular grade traffic coatings,
epoxy flooring system,
fluid-applied air & vapor barrier system,

Master Plan Takes Shape at Texas A&M
|

ALPHA is currently working on the Texas A&M Polo Garage for SpawGlass Construction. Part of the college's master plan rolled out in 2017, the $85 million dollar project will consist of a 5-story 617,000 SF parking facility including 1,685 spaces with 7,100 SF of shell space for dining services and transportation service offices.
ALPHA was selected to perform the
below grade waterproofing,
air barrier,
traffic coatings,
expansion joints,
batt insulation,
exterior rigid board insulation,
sheet metal flashing, and
joint sealants.

Max Daytona Brings Luxury Back to the Beach
|
|
ALPHA is proud to partner with Coastal Construction on a new 12 story ultra-luxury 72-unit condo tower on the shores of Daytona Beach. The new tower is slated to be the market maker in Daytona, bringing the feel of luxury to the World’s Most Famous Beach. Plans call for panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows and rooms that open onto expansive terraces in three floor plans.
ALPHA will be performing a complete
below grade waterproofing wrap of the underground parking,
sprayed insulation,
balcony coatings, and
expansion joints. Set to open in 2021 the Max Daytona project is sure to dazzle the coast line.

Alpha team members received a tour of the new Hilti North American Corporate Headquarters in Plano, Texas. In addition to the tour, the Alpha team had two great days of meetings and training with Hilti management.

The first five members of our apprenticeship program started in Houston,TX. The Alpha apprenticeship program is an approved program with the Department of Labor and provides opportunities for veterans and young adults to learn a new trade.
