This year, we’ve designed and produced 2018 Annual Reports for two new clients:

FocusMaine is an initiative catalyzing job growth in Maine’s agriculture, aquaculture and biopharmaceutical industries.

The Maine State Library, based in Augusta, is the nerve-center of our state’s library system.

BRINGING THE BICENTENNIAL HOME

The Maine Bicentennial Commission is offering $375,000 in Community Grants to help make next year’s 200 ^th anniversary of our statehood the celebration of the century. We’ve updated the website we created, Maine200.org, to help local organizations apply for a grant to bring the Bicentennial spirit to their city or town!

It always blows my mind how quickly autumn comes upon us, even with this year’s extremely warm Indian summer. And we can be sure 2020 is not far behind.

That’s why we are already well into annual planning with our clients, using a systematic process we’ve refined over the decades. They tell us that it helps them to organize their thinking and discipline their approach to budgeting, setting goals and brainstorming strategies for growth.

There’s still time to develop a robust plan to 2020 before the holiday season, so call me before the end of October if you’re interested. I promise you’ll be glad you did this sooner rather than later!

Because health insurance can make all the difference...

…we’re helping the Maine Department of Health and Human Services inform low-income Mainers about their coverage options, including:

Expanded MaineCare (Maine’s Medicaid), which they can apply for any time; and
HealthCare.gov (Affordable Care Act plans), for which open enrollment starts November 1st.

We’ve designed a temporary website (above), and will launch a full site later this month. We’ll also use TV, social media and other digital ads to get the word out statewide…because the more Mainers that are covered, the healthier we’ll all be.
