You are all invited to participate in the FunD Committee’s Indoor Picnic! On Wednesday, Feb. 15, from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm the committee will have hot dogs, macaroni and cheese, along with all of your favorite cookout snacks available. Stop by the MHC lunchroom to grab a box lunch.

Do you work outside of MHC? Get together with your coworkers to place an order by emailing Gordon Peterman. Your order will be ready for pickup on the day of. 

There is no firm cost to participate in the lunch, but donations are certainly needed to support the FunD Committee. You can bring cash to the lunch or donate using one of our electronic payment platforms:

Bright Futures Daycare and Preschool Currently Enrolling

Bright Futures, a preschool and daycare through Muskegon Rescue Mission, is currently accepting enrollment of children newborn to 12 years old.

3. Are you familiar with behavioral health intervention PLAAY? What do you know?
4. Do you know anyone who has benefited from the research and development done in the areas of heart health, high cholesterol, cortisone, or birth control pills?
5. Do you feel that learning more about Black American contributions to society would help you in your line of work? Why/how?​​​​​​​

Some groups require authorizations or only enroll at certain periods, but we also know the important role groups can play in an individual's journey and that sometimes we can't wait to connect.

Sound Bathing and Seated Exercise are two groups that are open to all individuals served and staff. No authorizations or signups are required! Individuals can drop into any session to give it a try. Download and share the flyers below.
