Plan an event this winter

Don’t let the cold keep you apart! Here are ideas for connecting with neighbours this season:

  • Hot chocolate social: Warm up with delicious drinks and great conversations!
  • Board games night: Challenge each other in a friendly competition.
  • Trivia night: Test your knowledge and bond over fun, brain-busting questions.
  • Craft workshop: Get creative with hands-on activities.

Garden workshop

Recently, neighbours came together to celebrate the season's end at the Keats Way Garden, enjoying a day filled with delicious food and fun activities.

It was a wonderful opportunity to connect, reflect on the garden’s successes and look forward to future community projects.

This event was funded by the mini grant. Consider planning something similar in your neighbourhood!

Spreading kindness

To celebrate World Kindness Day on November 13, we randomly selected a winner from the nominees of the Neighbourhood Kindness Program.

The winner is Marie, who was nominated for her exceptional kindness and welcoming spirit.

Know someone who stands out in your neighbourhood with their acts of kindness? Nominate them today and help us spread the kindness!
