Winemaker Notes: Seaside Cellars Rosé Vinho Verde is crafted from grapes cultivated in coastal vineyards, where the proximity to the sea provides ideal conditions for winegrowing. The temperate climate, characterized by warm days and cool evening breezes, imparts a distinct freshness and fruity profile to the wine. 

Tasting notes: Light pink color with a red fruit aroma, soft and balanced. Faint nose of cherry and watermelon. Slight effervescence. Strawberry, cherry, watermelon on the palate. Simple and easy to drink on a hot day. 

Pairing: This rosé Vinho Verde is noted for its versatility, suitable for seafood, hor d'oeuvres, and salad. It is a refreshing complement to a summer barbecue or as a delightful aperitif during indoor and outdoor gatherings.

Winemakers notes: A wine that reminds us of the importance of the ecosystem in which Ravasqueira is located. 3000 hectares of complex, rich and fascinating nature. A heterogeneous system that compensates and strengthens itself with every aggression of time. The name Encantado tells the story that takes place at the roots of the vineyards in harmony with all the wildlife and vegetation of this rich territory that gives origin to unique wines.

Tasting notes: This rich blend shows the solid nature of the Syrah grape with the added tannin from the Touriga Franca and the freshness and intensity of the Alicante Bouschet. The resulting wine is rich and full bodied, with a sweet middle palate having layers of fruit and oak, spicy licorice notes and tannins adding to a solid finish. - Winemaker David Baverstock
