If one of your new year's resolutions is to keep your networking contacts organized, check out these apps: Cloze – This app compiles information from many other apps, such as Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn, and creates one combined profile for each of your contacts. The site notes, “It creates a file that includes your email communications, calls, files and social messages. It even reminds you to rekindle fading relationships with clients.” Contacts+ – This is an address book that syncs multiple accounts, including Gmail and Twitter. You can attach notes to contacts so you remember details to help you follow up with them. Circles – This is a free app on iOS and Android. This allows you to import your contacts from your phone and then can write notes and facts about each contact and make notes about when you might want to follow up with them. HubSpot’s mobile app – This free app keeps your contacts organized and allows you to keep notes about each person. You can also set reminders about keeping in touch. Keeping connected reminder: Zoom is allowing free, unlimited meetings for the New Year and the last days of Kwanzaa.
