Denise Meridith has been the "glass breaker" her entire life. From being the first Black valedictorian in her elementary school to desegregating New York City junior high and high schools to being the first woman hired by a major Federal agency to her involvement with businesses. In this talk, she summarizes the hurdles she has faced as a Black woman, which unfortunately still exist.
