Are You Ready to Get Off the Hot Seat?
Dr. Donese Worden, Physician, Researcher, Global Educator

TODAY : Tuesday, April 14th   at 12 pm ET

If you are experiencing (or want to prevent) a hot temper, hot flashes or other distressing body and mind signals, join Dr. Worden to cool down, calm down and stay collected in this crisis. You are the most important part of your own medical care. Now is the time to put a practice in place so you can ride through this wave and not only survive but thrive.
All-New Community Connects!

Every Wednesday at 5:00 pm ET
April 15th

Grab your favorite beverage and join us by video (so we can see each other just like we would in an in-person meeting)! We’ll connect, share best practices and support one another in an interactive chat format.

This is a safe space to share since the calls are not being recorded.

Each week we will spend the first 20 minutes of the Zoom call checking-in to see how we are doing. Think about sharing stories of inspiration and innovation of how you are managing during this challenging time. The call will transition to a “think-tank” for us to help brainstorm and support you with business challenges resulting from the current business crisis/environment we are experiencing. We will spend the final 40 minutes of our Community Connects call supporting up to four people each week.  A person will present their business challenge and everyone else will then have the opportunity to share ideas in “popcorn style.”

No need to register!

Virtual Connect & Learn

What Will Be Your New Norm?
Lisa Crilley Mallis, Certified Coach/Trainer

Friday, April 17, 2020 - 10:30 am EDT

Participants will learn exactly which tasks are—and are not—worth their time and understand a paint-by-numbers system to delegate effectively. Overcome the common delegating objections, “By the time I delegate it, I could have just done it myself” and “I spend all day answering questions, I never get my own work done!”
